Director / Financial Adviser
Will followed in his father Bill’s professional footsteps, firstly entering the Financial Services Sector as a Financial Administrator, where he quickly progressed to becoming a Paraplanner.
Whilst undertaking his work, he naturally became more passionate about the industry and in turn, this led Will becoming a fully qualified Financial Adviser and Co Director of H&D Financial Planning Ltd.
His knowledge and experience of Financial Services enables him to provide the highest quality service and advice for his clients.
Will is married to our Paraplanner, Jenna and they share two sons. When he is not helping his clients and enjoying quality time with his family, Will can be found following or playing football.
Financial Adviser
Seb followed in his father’s footsteps and joined the financial services industry in 2015. He started in administration and worked with his father until he retired.
Seb had become passionate about economics, financial services, and helping people reach their goals, so he went to work for a much bigger firm where he quickly progressed from paraplanner to financial adviser.
Seb joined H&D in 2023 following a relocation from the south coast to south London.
Outside of work, Seb will be in a gym or out socialising with friends.
Financial Adviser
Claire qualified in 2008 and joined us in June 2021 having spent previous 11 years providing financial advice to medical professionals. Claire specialises predominantly in pension and investment advice including estate planning. Claire prides herself on being personable and providing strategic professional advice by combining expertise with common sense. Claire is quick to adapt to any changes her clients have by reviewing their goals on an ongoing basis.
Outside of work Claire enjoys staying active and exploring the great outdoors with family and friends. She plans to conquer the paddle board one day!
Financial adviser
Paul is a Chartered Financial Planner, an Associate of The Chartered Institute of Bankers, holds the Diploma in Financial Planning, Certificate in Equity Release and Award in Long Term Care Insurance.
He has over 30 years’ experience in the Financial Services Industry He formed his own company in 2010 before joining H&D Financial Planning in 2023 to focus on his clients.
Paul prides himself on being able to provide clear and easy to understand advice together with a professional yet friendly service. Many of his clients have been with him for over 20 years and value the service and advice he provides.
Away from the office, Paul is a keen rugby fan supporting both England and Harlequins. He also enjoys camping and walking, keeping fit, dining out and is currently teaching himself to play the saxophone.
Operations Director
Every business should be as fortunate as H&D Financial Planning to be able to employ someone like Carol, our Office Manager who does it all.
Carol supports the whole team in their day-to-day operations ensuring the business runs smoothly. She has worked with H&D Financial Planning for many years now which makes her not only an experienced Office Manager but she also has a wealth of experience within the Financial Services industry. Carol is well-versed in all that we do and allows us to provide a holistic end-to end service for our clients.
Outside of work, Carol is loving her new role as a Nanny to her two grandchildren and enjoys going for a delicious afternoon tea.
Financial Administrator
Jenna has recently changed careers from being an experienced secondary school teacher to becoming our newest Financial Administrator.
Jenna assists the team on a day-to-day basis through high value administrative tasks such as liaising with clients and providers, preparing and sending out documentation, as well as updating client files.
Jenna is married to our Director Will and aside from work, Jenna loves being a mum of her two lovely sons. She enjoys arranging family days out and loves to wind down with a chilled glass of wine.
Financial Administrator
Sue has worked for H&D Financial Planning since 2014 but has a long background in the Financial Services sector.
Sue is an integral part of our team that we would struggle to be without. Her role includes arranging client reviews and contacting providers while also assisting our Financial Advisors in preparing recommendations and producing suitability reports.
Sue makes the most of her free time, in particularly she enjoys being with her two grown up children and loves to dote on her two French bulldogs.
Financial Administrator
Julia offers Administration support to H&D Financial Planning and Paul Wallis.
Her previous career was within advice services in the voluntary sector, where she worked as an adviser for a number of years and then as a trainer. This breadth of experience alongside a keen eye for detail helps us deliver a high level of service to our clients.
Outside of work, Julia is a keen cook and enjoys travel, eating out and camping.
